Terms of Service
Last updated 2 October 2026.
These terms cover everything sold by mdevstore: the scripts on MDev Store (mdevstore.com) and the weapons, maps and bundles on mdevstore 3D (3d.mdevstore.com). They explain what your purchase gives you, what you can and can't do with it, and how delivery, support and updates work. Please read them before you buy.
Our Refund Policy is part of these terms.
1. Who we are
mdevstore (also MDev and MDev Store; "we", "us") is run by an independent FiveM developer. You can reach us through a ticket in our Discord.
Checkout is run by Tebex Limited, the merchant of record for every purchase. Tebex takes the payment, issues your receipt, and handles billing, tax and payment disputes under its own checkout terms. These terms cover the products themselves: the licence you receive, how you may use it, and our support and updates.
2. Accepting these terms
By buying, downloading, installing or using any of our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use them.
You need to be old enough to make a purchase where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your Cfx.re account and delivery
Products are delivered through Cfx.re. After payment, the product is granted to the Cfx.re account you signed in with, and you download it from the Cfx.re Portal under Granted Assets. This usually takes a few minutes.
- Sign in with the Cfx.re account that runs your server. Purchases can't normally be moved to another account.
- Keep your Cfx.re account secure. We aren't responsible for access lost through an account that is compromised, banned or closed.
- If a purchase hasn't appeared within an hour, open a ticket with your Tebex transaction ID and we'll sort it out.
4. What you buy: a licence
You're buying a licence to use a product, not the product itself. We keep all rights in our products, including models, textures, code, sounds, images and every other file.
Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product with FiveM:
- Weapons, maps and bundles (mdevstore 3D): on any server run under the Cfx.re account the product was granted to.
- Scripts (MDev Store): on one server or project per purchase, unless the product page says otherwise.
A bundle gives you a licence for each product in it. A product that comes with a subscription is licensed while the subscription is paid. Your licence lasts for as long as you keep to these terms.
5. What you may and may not do
You may:
- install and run the product on the servers your licence covers;
- edit the files we leave open, such as config, meta and language files, to suit your server (for example names, stats and settings);
- show the product in screenshots, videos and streams of your server.
You may not:
- share, resell, give away, lend or sublicense the product, or include it in a pack, server files or anything else that others can download or buy;
- upload or leak the product or any part of it, anywhere, whether modified, converted or not;
- decrypt, decompile or reverse-engineer the product, try to get round Cfx.re Escrow or any other protection, or help anyone else to;
- copy our models, textures, sounds or code into your own releases, or use them outside FiveM, in another game, platform or product;
- remove our credits or present the product as your own work.
If you break these rules, we may revoke your licence, which removes the product from your Cfx.re account. We may also ban you from our stores, Discord and support, and take any further action the law allows, such as takedown notices. No refund is due in that case.
6. Requirements and compatibility
Each product page lists what the product needs. That can include the FiveM server artifacts or game build and, for scripts, the framework and other resources. Please check these before you buy.
We test every release on the setups we list. We can't guarantee that a product works with every server, every other resource, or every future FiveM, Rockstar or framework update. We do aim to keep our products working, and we release updates where we reasonably can.
7. Updates and changes
We may update, fix or improve a product. Updates come through the same Cfx.re grant at no extra cost. We don't promise new features, and we may change or retire a product. If we retire one, your licence continues, but the product may not get further updates.
8. Prices, payment and disputes
Prices are shown at checkout by Tebex, including any tax that applies where you live. Tebex handles payment, receipts and tax. Gift cards and subscriptions on MDev Store are processed by Tebex under its terms. You can cancel a subscription at any time through Tebex, and it then runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Please talk to us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback; most problems are quicker to fix in a ticket. A dispute opened without contacting us first ends your licence for the products involved, which are removed from your Cfx.re account, and results in a permanent ban from our stores and Discord.
9. Refunds
All sales are final. If a product is faulty because of a mistake on our side, we'll fix it. The Refund Policy explains exactly what's covered and how to ask.
10. Support
Support is through a ticket in our Discord. It covers bugs in our products and help installing them.
It doesn't cover general server setup, other developers' resources or conflicts with them, changes you've made to our files, or custom features (although suggestions are welcome). We answer tickets in order and as quickly as we can, but we don't promise response times.
11. Respect and safety
Treat other members and our staff with respect, in our Discord, in tickets, and anywhere else you deal with us. That means no harassment, hate speech, threats, spam or excessive rudeness.
Breaking this rule can lead to an immediate and permanent ban from our Discord, our support and future purchases. Products you've already bought keep working, unless you've also broken the rules in section 5.
12. Other companies
We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Tebex. FiveM, Cfx.re, Grand Theft Auto V and their trademarks belong to their owners.
Your use of FiveM and your server is also governed by Cfx.re's terms, including its Platform License Agreement, and by Rockstar's policies. You're responsible for keeping your server within them.
13. Our responsibility to you
We make our products with care and describe them accurately. If you're a consumer, you have legal rights when a product is faulty or not as described, and nothing in these terms affects those rights. The Refund Policy explains how we put things right.
Apart from those rights, products are provided "as is". We aren't responsible for:
- losses that weren't foreseeable when you made the purchase;
- loss of profit, revenue, players, data or business, or server downtime;
- problems caused by other resources, by changes you've made, by your server or hosting, or by FiveM, Rockstar, Cfx.re or Tebex.
Where we are responsible, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded by law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add new kinds of products or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes don't affect purchases you've already made, unless they're needed for legal reasons or to deal with misuse such as leaking.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, where Tebex, the merchant of record, is registered. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep any protections your country's law gives you that can't be overridden. Disputes may be taken to the courts of England and Wales or, if you're a consumer, the courts where you live.
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
